PROGRAM A

1. Cleaning of the yacht (deck), before owner’s arrival.
2. Check of the moorings lines.
3. Check for water in bilges and in the engine room (every 20 days).
4. Laundry (blankets, sheets, towels…)/ the cost of the laundry is not included.
5. Batteries charging (every 20 days).
6. Ready to sail delivery (starting engine and refrigerator, batteries charged).

PROGRAM B

1. Program “A”
2. Cleaning of the yacht (interior-deck).
3. Check and arrangements of ropes.
4. Check and cleaning of valves and bilges.
5. Running of the engine once a week.
6. Ventilation of the boat once a week by opening doors and hatches.
7. Operation of toilet pump, bilge pump and check for leakages.
8. Check of the electrical board (fuses, switches) and electronic devices.

PROGRAM C

1. Program “B”
2. Check of boat and equipment (mast, sails, rigs, steering wheel mechanism).
3. Operation and greasing of all winches.
4. Polishing inox parts.
5. Fenders cleaning.
6. Cleaning and arrangement of life jackets, life belts and dinghy.
7. Check and maintenance of hatches, handles and hinges.
8. Running and check of the engine and controls once a week.
9. Operational check and cables sparking of engine board.
10. Check of water taps, valves, water pipes and cleaning of water filters.
11. Operational check of toilet and cleaning of toilet rooms.
12. Operational check and cleaning of the refrigerator.
13. Check of the electrical grounding of the yacht.
14. Transfer of the fire extinguishers for periodical inspection.
15. Check and cleaning of depth, speed log.
16. Running of outboard engine.
17. Check and cleaning of the stove and check of the gas-pipes.
18. Operational check of the generator.
19. Carpets cleaning.
20. Underwater check (zinc, anodes, bracket, propeller).
21. Removal of sails and sheets at the end of the season.
22. Installation of sails and sheets at the beginning of the season.
